The basic principle of a locking ring synchronizer is to achieve synchronous rotation of the input and output shafts through friction. When the rotational speeds of the input and output shafts are different, their angular velocities are gradually approached through the friction of the locking ring until synchronization is achieved. When shifting gears, by operating the gear lever, the friction lock ring is separated from the output shaft to reduce friction, so as to separate the shift lever from the friction lock ring and close the clutch, thereby achieving.
